Appreciated this exceptionally clean and FINE place, excellent staff and newly renovated rooms. The hotel has marvellous location right by all shops as well as the Village Green which is easy to locate. Plus, it was 5 minutes by car to Titanic Museum. No complaints whatsoever, the property met all requests.

Impeccably clean, fine hotel with amazing location in the centre. Location really close to the square, lovely meal at the pub too, and the Highlands and Loch Ness. For tea or coffee visit Courtyard Cafe nearby.

Chris and Julie welcomed us with warmth. Their hospitality stood out, especially with the delicious lemon drizzle cake waiting in our room. The Standard Double Room felt modern yet cozy, and the cleanliness was perfect. We loved the thoughtful amenities like the Nespresso machine and free bottled water. Julie served a scrumptious breakfast that catered to my dietary needs, including fresh fruits and a variety of cereals. The location near Loch Ness made exploring easy with bus stops right across the street. A bit more counter space in the bathroom would have been helpful. It was a good experience, and I'd definitely consider returning.
